Physiotherapy & Sports Performance Clinic in Singapore

The Recovery Room is a sports-focused physiotherapy clinic in Singapore dedicated to helping everyday athletes move better, recover smarter, and return stronger.

Located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD, we provide evidence-based physiotherapy for both active individuals and those navigating pain in daily life. Whether you’re dealing with a persistent injury, recovering from surgery, or striving to optimise performance, our approach combines hands-on treatment, structured rehabilitation, and movement science to address the root cause — not just the symptoms.

We specialise in sports physiotherapy, with particular experience in rugby, padel and soccer injuries, while remaining fully equipped to manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. From acute sports injuries and chronic overuse pain to post-surgical rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming, every plan is tailored to your body, your goals, and your sport.

This is physiotherapy built on care, movement and science.

Our Services

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapy services support individuals of all backgrounds and activity levels, while specialising in sports specific physio for padel, rugby, and soccer athletes seeking performance-driven rehabilitation.

Post-Surgery Rehabilitation

We provide structured, carefully progressed recovery following orthopaedic procedures, restoring mobility, rebuilding strength, and refining movement quality for a safe return to activity.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is thoughtfully integrated within rehabilitation to relieve muscular tension, enhance neuromuscular function, and complement corrective exercise for lasting and meaningful recovery outcomes.

Return to Sports Framework

Our Return to Sports Framework seamlessly bridges rehabilitation and performance, guiding athletes through progressive loading and sport-specific reintegration for a confident, competition-ready return.

Injury Prevention Monitoring

Our injury prevention monitoring evaluates workload tolerance, movement quality, and asymmetries, enabling early intervention and supporting sustained durability, consistency, and elevated athletic performance.

Tailored Programs

Our tailored programs integrate Structural Integration principles with Frans Bosch Systems, cultivating resilient, adaptable movement strategies aligned with your sport, injury history, and long-term performance ambitions.
